The Maintenance Technician III will be responsible for performing ongoing facility maintenance and completing inspections and repairs on equipment, building facilities, etc. as needed. The Maintenance Technician III will report to the Maintenance Manager.
· Responsible for general housekeeping andfacility maintenance.
· Must maintain work area ensuring it is clean,free of clutter, and safe.
· Knowledge of, maintenance of inventory fortools and parts.
· Communication on inventory counts and requestsfor new parts.
· Assist Technician II, I and responsible formastery of technician III duties.
· Basic knowledge of carpentry, hand tools,selected power tools.
· Follow Lock Out/Tag Out (L.O.T.O) safetyprocess.
· Drive company vehicles to load/transfermaterials (Forklifts and ATV).
· Assist with projects as needed/upon request.
· Other duties as assigned.
· Excellent people skills, with an ability topartner with different departments.
· Strong verbal and written communication, organization, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
· High School diploma REQUIRED.
· Forklift certification REQUIRED.
